Database Maintenance

The client is responsible for regularly cleaning their email recipient database. The procedure to do this is as follows:

1. Download the list of sendings from the Email Statistics section.

1. Apply a filter for "different from [ ]" and remove recipients with Hard Bounces from their database.

1. Apply the same filter, but for "Blocked" entries of the types "Preblocked" and "Spam Reporter."
