Building campaigns quickly with ChatGPT

indigitall has integrated ChatGPT into Push, Email and SMS campaigns to speed up the creation process. You can build the best customer journey with indigitall innovation. All info is here.

Best Path

Artificial Intelligence chooses the best path for each user. You need to select the channel and the respective campaign and AI will send the best option for each user. You can select different channels or the same channel with different campaigns.

Best Channel

This module selects the best channel for each user taking account of artificial intelligence and machine learning. You need to choose the specific campaign for each channel.

Node Recommender

This feature recommends the best option for the next step of the journey based on artificial intelligence (analysis of data and prediction of behavior). Following the recommendation is optional.

Best Push Time

The best push time option allows sending a campaign in the most optimal time for users according to their previous behavior and different variables. Once you click on this, you choose the push campaign and it is ready to send.

Best Email Time

This option allows sending a email campaign in the most optimal time for each user.

Best SMS Time

This option allows sending a SMS campaign in the most optimal time for each user.

Intelligent Multivariate Testing

The intelligent multivariate testing allows you to choose the best campaign between 2 or more options of the same channel through intelligent testing. The selection is not based on the result of a concrete sample but in real-time responses during the entire process.

Smart A/B Testing Push

This feature offers intelligent testing to check what push option works better for our majority of audience. You need to select the campaigns that previously have created them and click on Save. Inmediately you can see tha new node with the A/B Testin Push option. AI will send the best option to reach a larger number of users taking into account the results during the entire process.

• Step 1: Choose the push campaigns that you have created in the console (+ info). Then pulse on the green button Save.

• Step 2: You can see in the customer journey the new node.

Smart A/B Testing Email

This module selects the best option of two or more email campaigns. You need to select the campaigns and AI will send the best option to reach a larger number of users taking into account the results during the entire process. It is a full intelligent testing!

Step 1: Choose the email campaigns that you have created in the console (+ info). Then pulse on the green button Save.

Step 2: You can see in the customer journey the new node.

Smart A/B Testing SMS

This module selects the best option of two or more SMS campaigns. You need to select the campaigns and AI will send the best option to reach a larger number of users taking into account the results during the entire process.
