Configuration

For the configuration of the Contact Center Service, please click on the configuration icon.
Then choose the tab at the right -CHAT- and choose the last option in the left menu: Contact Center Configuration. Please click here for more details.
There are several fields to manage your Contact Center in a personalized and flexible way.
