Suggest Edits

You can upload media content that can be used by the chatbot.

First, go to Tools / Chat / Multimedia at the left menu.

Then you can create the multimedia element choosing:

  • Audio
  • Document
  • Image
  • Video

You need to write a code to identify the multimedia file and there are two options to show the file: you can upload a file or indicate the url of the multimedia file instead of uploading.
