Managing Chat Campaigns

To manage your conversational strategies, navigate to the main menu and select Campaigns > Chat. This section serves as your central command center for overseeing existing interactions and launching new initiatives.

Chat Dashboard

The dashboard is designed for efficiency, allowing you to quickly locate and organize your campaigns using two primary tools:

  • Search Bar: Instantly find a specific campaign by typing its name.
  • Status Filters: Narrow down your view by filtering campaigns based on their timing: Immediate or Scheduled.

Campaign List

Each campaign is displayed with key data points to help you monitor your performance at a glance:

  • Campaign: Displays the unique name assigned to the campaign.
  • Creation: Shows the date the campaign was created. You can toggle this column to sort by the most recent or oldest entries.
  • Campaign Type: Identifies the format of the message, such as Simple Message, Multimedia Message, or WhatsApp Template.
  • Sending Type: Indicates the delivery method, categorized as either Immediate or Scheduled.
  • State: Provides a real-time status update. Sent campaigns are highlighted with a Green "Sent" label, while unfinished work is marked as a "Draft".

Action Menu

Located on the right side of each campaign row, you will find intuitive icons for direct management:

  • Edit (Pencil Icon): Modify the content or settings of your campaign.
  • Analytics (Chart Icon): Access detailed performance metrics and data insights.
  • Options (Three Dots): Click this to open a sub-menu where you can Duplicate or Delete the campaign, or select View information to access a detailed panel where you can copy the ID.
