How to Verify Your Business on Meta

1. Pre-requisites

Active Website: Your site must display your company’s legal name, address, and contact information.
Business Email: Use an email address that matches your company's domain (e.g., [email protected]).
Admin Access: You must have administrative rights in your Meta Business Manager.

2. Required Documentation (PDF format recommended) Meta will ask for official documents that exactly match the information in your Business Suite account:

Legal Name Validation: Articles of incorporation, business licenses, or tax registration certificates.
Address/Phone Validation: Utility bills (electricity, water, phone) or bank statements issued in the company’s name.

3. Step-by-Step Instructions

Navigate to your Business Settings in Meta Business Suite.
Go to the Security Center section.
Locate the Business Verification tab and click the "Start Verification" button.
Note: If the button is greyed out, ensure you have a Meta App created or linked to your business account.
