MS Teams
Installing the indigitall connector on the Microsoft Teams platform is very straightforward. indigitall will reach out to the platform administrator at the client company to execute the connector installation. Here are the steps:
- Open the MS Teams admin panel and log in with the administrator account.
- Navigate to Teams app > Manage Apps. This is the application manager section.
- Click on the Actions button and select Upload new app.
- Upload the ZIP file that indigitall previously provided to the client. Simply click Upload, select the ZIP file, and begin the app installation. The program will provide a link to view and manage the new application in detail.
- If you cannot access the app details page, go to the app search function, find the indigitall app, and click on it.
NOTE: If you want this application to be assigned to the entire organization and published for all users, ensure that the settings reflect Assignments: Everyone and Publishing status: Published, as shown in the image above. The application will be automatically installed on all users' MS Teams panels. It may take a few days to appear.
- In the detail view, you can manage the application.
- After making any necessary edits, the indigitall connector will be installed, enabling the use of our solutions through MS Teams.
