  • Active Users
    A user who can be reached by one of our solutions, either because they have accepted its use or because they are in the database and have not opted out of being contacted.

Unlike basic chatbots, these agents leverage advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI to understand intent, provide accurate resolutions, and maintain a natural conversational flow.
  • Anonymous Users
    They are unknown users who have agreed to receive our web push communications and are targeted by them.
  • API
    An API (Application Programming Interface) is a bridge that allows different software systems to communicate and share data with each other.
  • Bot
    A bot is an automated system that interacts with users through messages. There are bots with predefined responses, bots powered by generative AI, and hybrid models that combine both approaches for specific areas.
  • Campaigns
    A campaign is the creation and delivery of messages with a specific goal through any of our channels.
  • Customer Data Platform (CDP)
    The core system where indigitall centralizes user data to create personalized segments and automated journeys.
  • Customer Journey
    Customer Journey is the process of communicating messages to an audience through two or more integrated channels while considering their reactions and behaviors with focus on UX.
  • Event A specific action performed by a user (e.g., "Add to cart" or "App opened") that triggers a notification or automation.
  • Hard Bounce A permanent delivery failure (e.g., a non-existent email address).
  • Live Activity
    Live Activity provides real-time updates from your app, letting users easily track the progress of events or tasks. Live Activities allow users to stay informed about the tasks and events that matter to them, offering dedicated spaces for displaying information that refreshes regularly.
  • Opt-in
    The explicit consent given by a user to receive communications. In Web Push and WhatsApp, this is a legal and technical requirement.
  • Opt-out
    The process by which a user unsubscribes from your communications.
  • Push
    A push notification is a message sent to a user's device from an app or website, typically used to deliver updates, alerts, or reminders, even when the user is not actively using the app.
  • Segmentation
    indigitall allows segmentation of audience based on profile, topics/groups, navigation, behavior, events, geolocation, mobile type/navigation, wifi network, and abandonment prediction (churn rate).
  • SDK

  • Wallet
    The indigitall wallet is used to send and receive messages or notifications through a digital wallet, such as alerts about transactions, offers, or updates related to a user's wallet.
  • WABA (WhatsApp Business Account)
    The specific account within Meta that allows your business to communicate with customers via WhatsApp.
