A/B Multivariate Testing
Our approach is based on Multi-Armed Bandit (MAB) testing, inspired by the Thompson Sampling algorithm. Unlike A/B tests with manual sends, which focus on exploration—gathering data to identify the best version before making a decision—MAB testing prioritizes exploitation. It dynamically serves the most promising version while continuously optimizing through ongoing testing.
Active Users
A user who can be reached by one of our solutions, either because they have accepted its use or because they are in the database and have not opted out of being contacted.
Anonymous Users
They are unknown users who have agreed to receive our web push communications and are targeted by them.
API

indigitall allows segmentation of audience based on profile, topics/groups, navigation, behavior, events, geolocation, mobile type/navigation, wifi network, and abandonment prediction (churn rate).
SDK
The indigitall SDK (Software Development Kit) is a set of tools, libraries, and documentation that developers use to build and integrate applications with our solutions.
Wallet
The indigitall wallet is used to send and receive messages or notifications through a digital wallet, such as alerts about transactions, offers, or updates related to a user's wallet.
