Internal endpoint used to manually remove conversation security blocks created by the Analyzer
Supports two mutually exclusive modes: provide unblockAll: true to remove every current block,
or provide contactIds to remove the blocks for those specific contacts. If both are provided,
unblockAll takes precedence.
