Registers a new user.
If you want to create new user via API , please use the POST /user endpoint, not this one. Requires a special token, which you get through the endpoint /user/invite.
If the invitation included chatv2Permissions, this endpoint also provisions the user as a chat v2 agent in each specified application before committing the local registration.
