Upload a video to be used in a campaign. These types are valid: application/vnd.ms-asf, video/x-msvideo, video/x-flv, video/webm, video/x-m4v, video/mp4, video/mpeg, video/ogg, video/x-matroska. Videos are stored internally in a temporary directory, and those that have not been used in a campaign are periodically deleted.
