Bulk add contacts to a contact list from a CSV file.
The CSV file must include a header row with one of these column configurations:
contactId— Identifies contacts by their numeric IDexternalCode— Identifies contacts by their external codecontactCodeandchannelType— Identifies contacts by channel and contact code
Contacts not found will be ignored.
