Creates a custom short domain for an application.

If a custom domain already exists for this application, the request will fail with a 409 Conflict error. Use PUT to update an existing domain.

WARNING: Once created, changing the custom domain may break existing shortened links if the old domain
is no longer accessible. Ensure the domain properly resolves before creation.
