Returns the list of WABAs shared with Indigitall

This endpoint has two operation modes:

• When setting debug_token (obtained at the end of the onboarding process) the WABAs and phone number shared by the client are synchronized
• When not setting debug_token, the last WABAs and phone number are obtained from our DB (no data is synchronized)

This endpoint allows get the information that will be shown to the client so that they can select which
phone numbers they want to register in the instance
