When a template is requested and it has multimedia elements, Meta requires that it be accompanied by a multimedia element that serves as an example for the approval process.

This endpoint uploads the multimedia element to Meta and returns an identifier that we must use in the template request.

Valid mimeTypes are: application/pdf, image/jpeg, image/jpg, image/png, and video/mp4
