Set conversational automation associated to a WABA

Conversation components are internal chat features that can be activated on business phone numbers. They make it easy for WhatsApp users to interact with your company.

For now, you can only configure predefined icebreaker phrases (prompts) that users can tap and send.

Important: To update any conversational automation settings, this same endpoint must be used and the previous configuration will be overwritten.

Max. 4 Icebreakers per WABA and a maximum of 80 characters for each one. Does not accept emojis.
