# Live Activity

indigitall has developed a push model that enables **real-time action updates** to be visually displayed on **iOS and Android devices**. This significantly enhances the user experience by providing a clear and visual way to track events while keeping information up to date at all times. > 📘 Important Notes
>
> * This feature is available for devices running **iOS 18 and Android 5.0 or higher**.
> * **A maximum of 5 Live Activities** is allowed per app and device.

## Use Cases

There are numerous use cases for this feature, as long as they involve processes that are updated over a period of time. Some examples include:

* **Live sports scores**: The score is updated in real time, and the user doesn’t need to receive a separate notification for each update.
* **Shipment tracking**: Real-time updates on the package location, estimated delivery time, and any incidents that may occur.
* **Boarding information**: Flight details and the different stages of the journey, both before boarding and upon arrival.
